see last post -- this is my real estate site. This is what I plan to do for the next 3-5 years -- while trying to find the dream home for my James and me. I'm not sure I made the right decision -- I think that if we had talked it out a bit more and realized I was going to move into my James' home, that I wouldn't have gone the realtor "route." I don't like making mistakes -- that's for sure -- and this might be one.
Sure -- it will get me out -- I might even sell someone a home. And it will broaden my horizons away from the law "thang" (which is getting to be a drag). But what I REALLY want to do is speaking/seminars/mentoring on the fEmpowerment stuff -- so, it's kinda hard.
Did I mention I had a fender bender today? After speaking to the National Speakers Association, I was driving home, and the bottom of my boot (leather) slipped off the brake -- didn't hit the car in front of me hard, but we all know that rear enders are, by definition, your fault. Couldn't find my title or insurance info quickly in my car (probably because I recently cleaned it!) but my insurance company, Progressive, gave me one of those little "hang-tags" for my car keys with their 800 number on it. That was the greatest idea, I have to tell you. That's all they really needed -- and they took care of me right there.
My poor car!
